BrainMuscle ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website brainmuscle.ai (the "Site"). We are currently in a pre-launch phase and collect only the information needed to notify you when BrainMuscle is ready.

We collect only the email address you voluntarily provide through our waitlist signup form. We do not ask for your name, payment details, or any other personal information at this time.

- Notify you when BrainMuscle launches or early access becomes available.

How We Store Your Information
Waitlist email addresses are stored and managed through Mailchimp, our email marketing provider. Your information is subject to Mailchimp's privacy and security practices in addition to this policy.
Cookies & Analytics
The Site uses Plausible, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to understand how visitors use the Site. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect or store any personal data, and does not track you across websites or over time. All measurements are aggregated and anonymous.
In addition to standard page views, we record a small number of anonymous, aggregated events to help us improve the Site:
- Signup — recorded when someone joins the waitlist.
- Referral Share — recorded when someone shares their referral link.
- Referral Visit — recorded when someone arrives via a referral link.
These events contain no personal information and cannot be used to identify you. We do not use tracking cookies. If our analytics practices change, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
